Cairns Drone Services provides structured site capture and mapping designed to give builders, contractors and project teams a clearer record of what was visible at each stage.
Document the site before major work begins. Possible outputs include an aerial overview, current orthomosaic, visible site features, access and adjoining context, selected ground photographs and a report / map pack.
Repeat the capture from agreed positions or mapping parameters at project stages. Useful for client updates, contractor coordination, programme records, evidence of visible site condition and before / after comparison.
Capture visible services, conduits, trenches and other work before it disappears below slab, fill or landscaping.
This creates a visual project record of what was visible at the time of capture. It is not a substitute for statutory as-constructed surveying or service-location certification where those are required.
Where within the approved operating scope, CDS may compare visible or measured site features against coordinates, drawings or information supplied by the client or project team.
This is a non-cadastral contextual check. It does not determine, reinstate or certify legal property boundaries.

Pre-agreed stages, consistent capture, organised project archive and report-ready outputs. Repeat projects may be quoted at a lower effective per-visit rate where the capture area, deliverables and workflow remain consistent.
